Dar dacă ai fi fost acolo, ai şti că un concert atât de subtil nu poate face decât să difuzeze treptat în mintea ta, ca un pliculeţ de ceai în apa fierbinte, să ţi se răspândească apoi prin fiecare colţişor şi să te încălzească pe dinăuntru: eu am fost la Cohen aseară”.

Extraordinar scris. Am trait exact acelasi lucru la un concert Underworld in curtea unei uzine dezafectate din periferia Pragai. Aproape doua saptamini am avut o dureroasa si imposibil de implinit nevoie de rewind.

Mi-au dat lacrimile citind acest articol despre concertul lui Cohen la Bucuresti. Pentru ca mi-a fost frica sa ma duc sa-l vad aici la Praga.

In 1976 am avut un profesor care ne punea Cohen in laboratorul fonic de la liceul de engleza Ady Sincai din Cluj, la orele de conversatie. Dupa ore mergeam la un prieten acasa, ne asezam pe jos cu o sticla de tzuica de ardeal si tzigari carpatzi fara filtru, puneam Cohen in casetofon, beam din sticla, fumam si plingeam.

Nu stiu cine a scris acest articol despre concertul lui Cohen la Bucuresti, dar are intregul si umilul meu respect.

Both ‘Coldplay is boring’ and ‘Coldplay are boring’ are equally true. Both statements shed light on different facets of Coldplay’s boringness. ‘Are’ covers that Radiohead as individuals are boring, and ‘is’ covers that Radiohead as a group is boring.

Leonard Cohen … ce versuri .. ce voce ..

L-am descoperit acum 15 ani .. aveam juma’ din varsta de acum si il asculta tatal meu. Era “greu” pentru mine .. intelegeam versurile, dar muzica era un pic matura pentru o pustoaica de varsta aia, care nu prea intelegea cum e cu dragostea si pasiunea astea.

Am ascultat insa alaturi de el si imi placea .. l-am reascultat ca femeie in toata firea si ma cucereste de fiecare data.

Norocosilor .. e departe B-ul de TM, asa ca am sarit inca un concert bun. E bine ca mai exista asemenea oameni. Prin ei muzica traieste …
