In 10 zile Radiohead va pune la dispozitia fanilor noul album, “In Rainbows“, ce va fi lansat abia in decembrie. Se zvoneste ca va fi un album cu structuri muzicale minimaliste, produs de Mark ‘Spike’ Stent (care a mai lucrat cu Keane, Madonna si Oasis).
Thom Yorke a comparat noul album cu OK Computer: “It’s about that anonymous fear thing, sitting in traffic, thinking, ‘I’m sure I’m supposed to be doing something else’. Interestingly enough it’s similar to ‘OK Computer’ in a way. It’s much more terrifying. But ‘OK Computer’ was terrifying too -some of the lyrics were.” Cat despre tematica albumului, putem anticipa ceva din ultimile post-uri de pe blog-ul formatiei: incalzirea globala, claustrarea urbana, anti-consumerismul.

I’ve listened to In Rainbows only 4 times and it’s already my fav Radiohead album!
I might put my name on that list as well in the near future. I still have to do some listening and comparing though
